This sturdy aluminium food grinder is supplied with three sizes of stainless steel grinding plate: Fine (3mm) for making baby food, pate, spreads, burgers and smooth sausages; Medium (4.5mm) for casseroles, soups and patties; Coarse (8mm) for cheese, vegetables and meat for pies and bolognaise etc. The metal food grinder can be chilled in the fridge or freezer prior to use to help provide a clean grind when preparing meat. Also supplied with this KitchenAid Metal Food Grinder are two sausage stuffer tubes for making homemade sausages. A food pusher for safely pushing food towards the blade and grinding plate and a cleaning brush are also included with the KitchenAid metal food grinder.
