The powerful griddle plate is made of Steel and quickly transfers the heat from the heating elements to the food while still maintaining its temperature. The 10 mm-thick plate is 730 x 400 mm. Due to its smooth surface, it is easy to clean and very hygienic. The grill plate is surrounded by a splash guard that effectively protects walls and surroundings from grease splashes. The casing of the double electric grill is made of high-quality Stainless steel and is thus particularly resistant to corrosion, neutral in contact with food, and easy to clean.
