Active studio monitor from ADAM Audio With the A4V loudspeaker, ADAM Audio presents an optimal solution for small studio rooms and short listening distances. Despite its small size, it scores points above all with its precise reproduction and powerful sound - a perfect combination for podcast productions through to mixing a string quartet. The 2-way monitor uses ADAM Audio's renowned X-ART tweeter and a 4-inch bass-midrange driver, which - as with all A-Series models - is made from an extremely lightweight yet extremely stable mineral fiber material(MLM). And together with the DSP technology for calibrating, updating and adjusting the monitors, the A4V delivers perfect sound in a wide variety of working environments. X-ART tweeter & rotatable HPS waveguide Thanks to the ADAM Audio HPS waveguide, you get a precisely directed sound guide with a wide dispersion angle in the horizontal and narrow focusing in the vertical. Made from an innovative high-density fibreglass polymer material, unwanted resonances are minimized, resulting in a clearer sound image. Conveniently, the tweeter can be rotated by 90 degrees to allow the monitor to be used both vertically and horizontally without having to forego the benefits of the waveguide. At the center of this HPS waveguide is the so-called X-ART tweeter - handmade in Germany and with the guarantee of maximum impulse response and richness of detail. Woofers made from multi-layer mineral The bass drivers of every A-Series speaker consist of multiple, firmly bonded layers of a mineral fiber material that is characterized by low weight and maximum rigidity.
