The AT5045P offers the features of a large-diaphragm, side-address condenser microphone in a convenient, rod-shaped housing, and despite the space limitations imposed by the housing, has the largest single diaphragm area in Audio-Technica's entire product line. The instrument microphone's circuitry has been stripped down to its essentials, allowing the condenser microphone to achieve an unprecedented dynamic range that is among the widest of any microphone on the market. 100% Quality Control Each AT5045P is hand-assembled and individually tested to ensure 100% quality control. Each microphone is housed in an elegant aluminium and brass enclosure, finished with a high-quality gray coating to ensure long life and low reflections. Internal shock mount The discrete components have been selected for optimum performance. The circuit and capsule are mounted as a single block in an internal shock mount that effectively decouples the capsule from the microphone body, providing excellent vibration isolation. Every aspect of the condenser microphone has been carefully considered to minimize negative effects on the audio signal. The AT5045P stereo pair includes two AT5045 instrument microphones, two of Audio-Technica's innovative AT8481 isolation clips, two AT8165 windscreens, and a protective carrying case that holds both AT5045 microphones.
