The specially designed 12" coaxial speaker with integrated 1" high frequency driver and powerful ferrite magnets features a precise symmetrical dispersion over 75° x 75° and achieves a maximum sound pressure of 124dB with highest feedback immunity. It is driven by a Class AB power amplifier with 1000W peak power. The frequency response ranges from 80Hz - 20kHz. Safe operation of the LD MON 121 A G2 is ensured by a limiter, which prevents overloading of the speaker, and a protective circuit against short circuits. An XLR jack combo jack serves as the input, and an XLR output allows the signal to be looped through. Other features of the connector panel include a volume control, IEC power jack and different colored LEDs that indicate power supply, signal and limiter function. The visually elegant bass reflex cabinet of the LD system MON 121 A G2 is made of 15mm thick multiplex coated with durable lacquer. A sturdy metal grille protects the speaker from damage, and ergonomically milled handles facilitate transport. The monitor angle is 35°.
