It offers a total of eight channel strips with motorized, touch-sensitive 100mm faders for convenient mixing, eight likewise touch-sensitive pressure drenes as well as eight high-resolution OLED displays and status LEDs. In addition, there are numerous soft keys and dedicated switches to shift the focus from the screen to the convenient and more efficient control console. Furthermore, up to four S1 controllers plus Pro Tools Dock can be cascaded to expand your setup at any time - perfect for any size studio. Naturally the Avid S1 DAW Controller also provides native support for third-party audio and video applications such as Apple Logic Pro, Steinberg Cubase and Nuendo, Adobe Premiere, Magix, Pyramix and others. Get direct access to monitor paths, DCA groups and user-defined processes with the 8 motorized faders. 8 buttons at the bottom of the controller switch between the assignments of the faders and pots.
