Description

This manual press brake from MSW is the all-rounder in your metalworking shop. It combines three work steps in one device: cutting, bending and pressing of all kinds of sheet metal and metals. This makes it suitable for numerous applications. The sheet metal bending machine is used in industrial manufacturing such as factories and workshops. The high-quality bench has a 1040 mm long blade made of 60Si2Mn spring steel. The material has a particularly high strength so that you can make precise and straight cuts in every pass. In addition, the material is very durable and low-maintenance. With the combi unit you can cut metal sheets up to a width of 1040 mm and a thickness of 1 mm. With the help of the rollers, you can easily bend sheets into the desired shape. You can set the required angle up to maximum 90° in just a few steps. The swing bending machine is dimensioned so that you can comfortably process sheets with a maximum width of 1016 mm. MSW focuses on simple operation and a high level of work safety with its machines. You operate the unit via 2 side cranks. Thanks to the excellent power transmission, only little force is required for round bending, folding and cutting. This means that even inexperienced people can operate the unit effortlessly. The press brake is made of robust and durable materials such as cast iron and steel. With proper maintenance and regular lubrication with machine oil, the machine will last for years. The weight of the combi-bending machine already ensures a safe stand.
