Puglia IGP, Parananio Negroamaro is an organic red wine from the beautiful Sampietrana winery. Negroamaro, we should remember, is one of the treasures of the Puglia region, known for its robustness and ability to produce intense wines full of character. Its name suggests the characteristics of the vine, with thick-skinned berries of an intense black colour, capable of producing wines characterised by a strong taste and a slightly bitter note. Harvested by hand in the third week of September, the wine matures in the bottle for at least 12 months. Intense ruby red, hints of ripe red fruit prevail on the nose. In the mouth, however, it reveals a full, warm, soft and spicy taste. Justly tannic, it goes well with red meats and medium-aged cheeses.
