Description

Langhe DOC Occhetti comes from the grapes of the vineyard of the same name in the municipality of Monteu Roero, in the province of Cuneo. A wine made from 100% Nebbiolo, vinified in steel and aged in oak barrels of different sizes for at least 12 months and left to rest in the bottle for a further 4 months before release. The result is a simple and versatile Nebbiolo. A wine suitable for a thousand different occasions. From dinner with friends to the most elegant evening with fine Piedmontese cuisine. In the glass it has a beautiful ruby red colour of good intensity tending towards garnet. The nose reveals an elegant perfume, with hints of raspberries, rose and liquorice. In the mouth, it is full, harmonious, very fine and above all endowed with great persistence.
