With 3 independent sound sections, an optimized user interface and the addition of Seamless Transitions, the Swedish manufacturer presents a powerful and flexible instrument. The Nord Electro 6D 73 uses a semi-weighted organ keyboard with waterfall-tip by Fatar with 73x keys, which is ideal for fast organ-shredding and synthesizer licks, but also suits piano sounds. The Nord Electro 6D 73 is equipped with 3x independent sound generation sections. Organ Section The Clavia Nord Electro 6D 73 contains the Nord C2D organ simulation of B3 Tone-Wheel, B3 Bass and Vintage Transistor organ as well as 2x Pipe Organ Sounds. A dual-organ mode provides quick access to two manual setups and provides excellent overview and control over the drawbar settings for both the lower and upper manual. In addition, the stage keyboard has physical drawbars that provide the ultimate practical experience for dedicated organ players. Vintage Rotary Speaker The Nord Electro 6D 73 stage keyboard features the latest generation of the Vintage 122 Rotary Speaker simulation, which provides an essential character for live organ performance and features slow, fast and stop modes as well as drive control. Electro 6D 61 and 73 models support the Nord Half-moon switch (optional accessory). Piano Section The Piano Section offers a wide selection of acoustic, electric and digital pianos from the Nord Piano Library, advanced voice polyphony and creative piano filters. Additionally you will find the category "Layer" with rich dynamic patches. Effect Section The powerful effects section of the Clavia Nord Electro 6D 73 offers a wide selection of instantly customizable, high-quality effects modelled after the classic stomp boxes. All effects are stereo and can be freely assigned to the Organ, Piano or Synth areas. Sample Synth Section The Sample Synth section contains a large selection of high-quality sounds from the Nord Sample Library 3.0, including the exclusively licensed sounds of the legendary Mellotron and Chamberlin. The Sample Synth is equipped with essential controls for attack, decay/release and dynamics. Fatar Keyboard The Clavia Nord Electro 6D Stage Keyboard is equipped with a semi-weighted Fatar keyboard with waterfall tip. Each keyboard is carefully calibrated at the factory to ensure uniform response across the entire range.
