Spector NS Dimension 5 (Super Faded Black Gloss) 5-String Electric Bass with 2x Fishman Fluence Humbucker Pick-Ups Spector NS Dimension 5 (Super Faded Black Gloss) 5-String Electric Bass The Spector NS Dimension 5 (Super Faded Black Gloss) is a 5-String Electric Bass taken from the NS Dimension Series, optimally tailored to modern playing techniques, combining the traditional NS Bass Design from Brooklyn with the trendy multi-scale construction and electronics from Fishman. Woods & Construction In its construction, the 5-String Spector relies on a full-length maple/wenge neck, which is complemented by a wenge fingerboard as well as samp ash body wings and a poplar burl top. The scale lengths, which rise from 34" for the G-string to 36" for the E-string, guarantee optimum string tension for precise reproduction of every note, even with the lowest drop tunings. Pick-Ups & Hardware Active Fishman Bass Soap-Bar pickups with 3x characterful voicings provide a multi-faceted sound spectrum with tight presentation of every note playing through the bass amplifier. For precise adjustment of the bass tone, the Spector NS Dimension 5 is also equipped with an active 2-Band tone control. Hardware comes in the form of 5x solid Spector individual brass saddles on the body and tuning-stable Die-Cast tuners complete the configuration.
