The shell features a high quality custom finish and gets modern chrome hardware to go with it. A tom mount attached to the shell allows the Roland PDA120 to be attached to all standard tom mounts just like a normal shell. Thanks to the two zones, rim and head hits can be output separately. In addition, the tension of the two-layer fabric head can be adjusted. Thus the rebound and the playing feel can be varied and adjusted to personal requirements. A newly developed sensor system without hot spots allows for a consistently precise stroke on the entire fabric head surface .
