Created for solo entertainers, bands, performers, solo artists and songwriters, the Pa5X is equipped with cutting-edge features that make making music and working on the instrument a true joy. True to the motto "Simple. Better." the complete user interface has been renewed and provided with logical colour codes that make interaction with the large 8" touchscreen and other controls easily recognizable. Compared to the previous model, this allows a more intuitive handling of the instrument and its functions, shorter paths to the target and even significantly faster loading times. A great innovation is the practical strip Display under the nine faders, it shows the current assignment of the sliders. Newly added are 16 velocity-sensitive pads, which can be used for different tasks like eg. They can be used for various tasks such as firing samples or muting tracks. The appealingly designed and high-quality processed aluminium case with the noble wooden side panels gives a professional impression and frames the very pleasantly playable 88-key keyboard with hammer action, which is velocity-sensitive and has aftertouch in an appropriate way.
