The Remix Station combines the features of studio effects and beatboxes with the ease of use of professional DJ equipment. Intuitive performance interfaces from Pioneer's top mixers and effects units - such as the DJM-2000's Isolator FX, the DJM-900nexus' X-Pad and the EFX-1000's multi-FX chaining - have been enhanced and combined into one unit. In addition, numerous parameters can be customized using the intuitive controls. All effects are precisely controlled via the interface, effortlessly achieving results that would otherwise require hours of studio automation or robotic performance skills. However, the unit is not only incredibly easy to use, but also enormously flexible. For example, DJs can create unique sound variations using Pioneer's remixbox editing software, customize the Pioneer RMX-1000's hardware to suit their performance style, and load their own sample banks onto the unit. In addition, DJs have the option to save their settings to an SD card, so they can work with their own personal DJ setup anywhere. Settings and samples from renowned international DJs will be made available for download on Pioneer's website in the future to inspire aspiring DJs.
