This exceptional DJ mixer features a precise 4-band full-kill EQ on all channels, allowing for both complete frequency cutouts and subtle adjustments of individual frequency ranges. The EQ response is perfectly optimised for excellent, intuitive control over bass, low-mid, high-mid, and treble. In addition to the EQ section, the mixer is equipped with low- and high-pass filters with dedicated control per channel. For level monitoring, this high-end mixer offers a 12-LED meter display. A unique feature among DJ mixers is the inclusion of two microphone inputs with phantom power, as well as a compressor for the microphone signal, which can be activated on channel 1. This allows for targeted processing of a voice's naturally high dynamic range, ensuring a consistent volume level for the microphone signal. Other features include two aux inputs for integrating external effects units, a replaceable crossfader, and two headphone outputs. In addition to the standard RCA inputs for line and phono signals typically found on DJ mixers, the FF6.2 L also provides balanced jack inputs on channels 1 and 2, alongside the microphone inputs. On the output side, the line mixer is equipped with professional, balanced XLR outputs for the master and booth signals, as well as a separate mono output. Additionally, the balanced outputs feature a 6-pin Phoenix connector with a remote port, allowing for control of the separate output-ideal for powering an additional zone. For applications such as emergency announcements, a mute port is available, which silences the music while allowing the microphone signal to pass through.
