The drums are manufactured by Sonor according to the proven CLTF principle, i.e. the wood layers are cross-glued at a 90° angle. Sonor's AQ2 series lugs are all equipped with the TuneSafe system for constant tuning. The bearing edges of the shell are 45°, which results in an exact head support and a focused tone. The new Sonor Smart Mount Tom suspension was developed in Germany and ensures low shell contact and optimal resonance. Three layers of Canadian maple are covered by two layers of Asian maple in the front and two layers in the back. The result is a very warm and focused tone with a deep basic character.
