Construction and woods Due to its wafer-thin laminatedspruce top, the Ovation CE-48-1-G produces clear midrange and treble frequencies, which are enriched with warm bass frequencies by the Lyrachord body. At the same time, the Nato neck with an Ovangkol fingerboard provides excellent playability on all 6 steel strings, which are fixed with their Ball-Ends in a bridge made of Ovangkol. Hardware and design The 42,8 mm wide nut and saddle are perfectly matched and convince with a clean intonation on the whole scale length of 643 mm.
