In addition, the "High Comfort" neck profile with rounded fingerboard edges offers a soft and pleasant playing feeling. The open Gotoh mechanisms allow fast and accurate tuning. Last but not least, an original Yamaha case is already included. Accordingly, the portion of the Undersaddle pickup can be mixed with two microphone types to achieve the optimum sound result. For the simulated microphone signal, a Neumann U67 and a Royer R122 were used as models. A total of four controllers are available: Knob(A) controls the output volume, knob(B) adjusts the high frequencies, knob(C) provides the level adjustments of the low bass frequencies, while pressing activates automatic feedback reduction. Control (D) controls the mixing level between the pickup and the simulated microphone source, while pressing switches between the two microphone types.
