With its bass reflex design with front openings sit ensures precise and powerful bass reproduction - ideal for music production, film sound, broadcasting and post-production. Thanks to a maximum sound pressure level of 115 dB SPL, it is ideally suited for larger studios. Next Generation Performance Compared to its predecessor, the KH 870 II offers significantly improved acoustic performance. Two newly developed 10-inch long-throw woofers with Extremely Linear Force Factor™ (ELFF™) technology minimise distortion even at the highest levels. The robust metal grille reliably protects the drivers, while the resonance-optimised housing with a highly efficient bass reflex system guarantees a clean output without port noise. Flexible bass management for stereo, surround and immersive audio Thanks to its multichannel bass manager, the KH 870 II can be flexibly integrated into stereo, surround and immersive setups up to 7.1.4. With analogue XLR inputs and outputs, SUB-D-25 connectors (up to 12 analogue inputs and 11 outputs, Tascam standard) and digital AES3-BNC interfaces, a wide range of connection options are available. A total of up to 11 monitors can be integrated. The KH 870 II AES67 variant is also available for network environments.
