The Pioneer PLX-CRSS12 is delivered without pickup system Pioneer DJ - PLX-CRSS12 Hybrid Turntable at a glance: Pioneer DJ's PLX-CRSS12 is the first hybrid DJ turntable of its kind, combining the worlds of analogue and digital DJing. The layout has been arranged so that the PLX-CRSS12 can be set up in a battle-style layout and can be used for classic vinyl performances as well as with DVS application such as Serato DJ Pro or rekordbox DJ. To ensure users always have all important information in view, the integrated OLED Display allows all performance or utility parameters to be displayed and changed without looking at the computer. By means of the included MAGVEL CLAMP and the SlipSheet, the resistance of a record while scratching can be perfectly adjusted to your own taste. The four performance pads have been placed so that functions such as hot cues, loops or samples are optimally accessible in the battle-style layout. The PLX-CRSS12 has been further developed using the layout from Pioneer DJ - PLX-1000 turntable with the aim of further improving the sound quality during output. Tonearm-Free DVS Control The tone arm-free DVS control prevents needle skipping during digital playback. No matter how intensely scratching is performed, the system ensures the needle remains stable in digital vinyl mode. The MAGVEL CLAMP secures the record and directly controls the digital music file, delivering an authentic vinyl feel. When playing analogue records, the familiar handling of the PLX-1000 remains unchanged. Adjustable Vinyl Feel The vinyl feel can be customised to suit individual preferences. The dial on top of the MAGVEL CLAMP allows quick and precise adjustment of the vinyl's "weight." This ensures full control over performance without the need to swap slipmats or slipsheets. This flexibility enhances the playing experience, enabling seamless transitions during DJ sessions. Customisable Torque The turntable's torque can be adjusted to match personal preferences. The utility settings offer three modes: "High" for a fast start when pressing PLAY, "Mid" for a balanced feel, and "Low" for the classic torque favoured by many DJs.
