En dégustant ce vin à l'aveugle lors de nos sélections avec l'équipe du Petit Ballon, j'ai été totalement bouleversé : jamais je n'aurais imaginé qu'un coteaux-bourguignons puisse offrir une telle intensité de goût, une telle profondeur de texture en bouche, une telle complexité de parfums. Un véritable chef-d'oeuvre inattendu qui redéfinit tout ce que je croyais savoir de cette appellation.
