What is DAO plus? Intoleran's DAO Plus contains the digestive enzyme diamine oxidase (DAO) and is supplemented with vitamin C and quercetin. Each capsule contains four small tablets. The white/beige tablets contain the DAO enzyme (30,000 HDU per capsule) and have a stomach acid-resistant coating. The brown tablet contains vitamin C, and the green tablet contains quercetin. If swallowing is difficult, the capsule can be opened and the individual tablets taken without chewing. DAO Plus is suitable for children aged 4 and over. It helps strengthen antioxidant cell protection and promotes natural collagen production. It also supports the normal functioning of certain enzymatic processes. Ingredients Fillers: microcrystalline cellulose, hydroxypropylcellulose; quercetin; potato starch; vitamin C (L-ascorbic acid); coating agent: ethylcellulose; porcine kidney protein extract with 7% diamine oxidase (DAO); filler: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose; stabilizers: magnesium stearate, sodium alginate; rice starch, medium-chain fatty acids; stabilizers: stearic acid, oleic acid, dicalcium phosphate; color: ammonia sulfite caramel; vegetarian capsule: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose. Not suitable for vegetarians and vegans. Instructions for use Take 1 capsule with a little water just before meals. Do not take a maximum of 3 capsules per day. If you have trouble swallowing, you can open the capsule and take the capsules loose without chewing.
