What is Berberine? SuperSmart's Berberine is a food supplement containing 100% natural berberine HCl, obtained from Berberis vulgaris and standardized to 97% purity. It is formulated without controversial additives and comes in vegetable capsules. Suitable for vegans, it is gluten-free, lactose-free, sweetener-free, GMO-free, nanoparticle-free, and not tested on animals. Ingredients Per dose (2 capsules): berberine 1,000 mg (from 1,040 mg of Berberis vulgaris extract standardized to 97% berberine), acacia gum, calcium carbonate, fatty acids, tricalcium phosphate.
