The KitchenAid mini food chopper is quick and easy to use. Simply select from two speeds - chop or puree and there's a pulse operation too, for coarse or fine results. The Pulse/On button is actually in the lid at the top of the handle, so you can use it with one hand by pressing with your thumb. A drizzle basin in the lid allows liquid ingredients such as oil to be added gradually without having to stop the machine. The lightweight BPA-free 830ml bowl has a pouring spout and handle and houses the stainless steel blade. The blade locks onto the bowl so you can safely pour out its contents without fear of the blade dropping out. Both the bowl and blade are dishwasher safe, as is the lid.
