At 36cm, with its sloping sides & a GreenGrill ceramic coating which is PFOA-free, organic & non-stick, it turns the Carri Chef 40, Grillo Chef 40 and Citi Chef 40 into a proper all-rounder - it'll handle any old meal where you need a nice contained space to cook, rather than having to contend with an open grid. The GreenGrill ceramic does the business - it needs less oil than you normally would & it wipes clean with warm soapy water, no hassle at all. At 1.2 kg it's light enough not to even think about lifting, and the storage bag keeps it safe
