Crafted from premium quality chrome-molybdenum-vanadium stainless steel, the fine taper-ground blade on this Sabatier carving knife is difficult to blunt, yet easy to sharpen. Blade length: 20cm. This 20cm carving knife is dishwasher safe, although hand washing is recommended.
