This Global Classic Cylinder Engine Knife Block 7 Piece set, comprises: G-77 Chef’s knife, G-9 Bread knife, G-82 Carving knife, GS-36 Utility knife, GS-38 Paring knife and GKS-210 Scissors in a block. Part of Global's Cylinder Engine Knife Blocks series, this knife block features 6 stainless steel cylinders made from the finest 18/10 material. Each Global Knife boasts a Cromova 18 Stainless Steel construction. Global’s G-77 Knife: Medium-sized Cook’s knife with a 20cm blade that will perform a variety of kitchen tasks. Having a decent sized blade makes it brilliant for chopping, slicing and dicing, whether cutting up vegetables or slicing meat. It features the new improved flutes on the blade which prevents food from sticking to the blade making it a very easy to use Cook’s knife. Global G-9 22cm Bread Knife: A specialist knife designed specifically to be used on bread. The teeth are made to saw through even the toughest of bread crusts and it could also be used on some tough meats, for example crackling. Global G-82 21cm Fluted Carving Knife: The shape of the blade and improved flutes make it ideal for cutting up shawarma, shredding duck or mincing meat. The flutes allow faster and more efficient cutting preventing food from sticking to the blade making it ideal for professional kitchens. Global GS-36 & GS-38 Knives: These are the Global GS series knives within the block. The Global GS series which is smaller than the G series, have angled handles that help when attempting general preparation and small intricate tasks which need smaller blades. The Global GS-36 is a 12cm utility knife which is the go-to knife for all small jobs in the kitchen. The Global GS-38 is a 9cm paring knife. The collection is then completed with the Global GKS-210 Kitchen Scissors. They feature heavyweight cast steel handles and feel very substantial whilst held. The steel blades are thick and strong and contain small teeth to help grip chicken fillets and other meats. Between the handles, you will also fit a nutcracker. These scissors are designed to fit into the butcher's steel slot on most ship-shape type Global blocks.   Knives are not for sale to persons under the age of 18. - all knives and bladed products are delivered by Age Verified Delivery (AVD).
