The Bugatti Ergo 9cm Paring Knife is handmade with high carbon steels to ensure durability and longevity, with an ergonomic handle that sits comfortable in the grooves and contours of your hand. The blade is forged and carefully constructed with a 35° bevel for a sharp and precise cut. Its smaller blade offers versatility around the kitchen, ideal for peeling, dicing and precision cutting. Made from forged 18/10 stainless steel with high carbon content. Hand wash only.
