Description

This Scanpan CTX 32cm Chef Pan with Lid has a 5-ply multi-layer construction of aluminium and stainless steel for optimum heat distribution without hot spots. A chef's pan does pretty much the same as a saute pan - sauteing vegetables, browning meat etc but has two short handles instead of one so it can also be used for serving. Suitable for all hob types, including induction, this chef's pan is also oven proof up to a temperature of 260°C. The Stratanium non-stick coating is PFOA and PFOS-free, metal utensil safe and offers exceptional performance for perfect cooking results. In fact Scanpan's Stratanium non-stick coating is so good it is designed for fat-free frying so you only ever need add oil or fat for flavouring purposes, making it a healthy choice for the kitchen. The curved sides work well with kitchen utensils and the stylish brushed steel exterior contrasts beautifully with the black interior. The stylish steel lid with its glass centre is also oven proof to 260°C. Designed and manufactured in Denmark, this 32cm chef pan has a capacity of 4.8L and has a base diameter of 22.8cm.
