The Scanpan Classic Induction 26cm low sauce pot with lid features a unique Stratanium coating which prevents food from sticking whilst cooking. The even heat distribution of the low sauce pot means there are no hotspots during cooking ensuring a healthy and even cook. The 26cm low sauce pot only requires a moderate heat to cook and fry foods as the construction retains heat evenly, saving energy. The low sauce pot is suitable for use on all hob types including induction and can be used for browning and finishing off cooking in the oven up to 260°C. The handles either side of the 26cm low sauce pot are secured in place with a patented locking system - guaranteed not to come loose along with the bases that are guaranteed never to warp. Complete with a clear lid which allows food to be monitored and can also be used in the oven up to 260°C. The 26cm classic induction low sauce pot is dishwasher safe for easy and convenient cleaning.
