This tequila, while also founded by the Orendain family like the Anejo, was launched in 2007 and made in the El Llano distillery and bottled in Jalisco. It is a clear tequila with citrus, honey, floral tastes as well as a hint of pepper. It is described as the perfect example of how a typical Tequila made of agave from the town of Tequila should taste. It is best enjoyed as a digestif served slightly below chilled (about 14C) or as a base of a lavish cocktail. Best enjoyed with a combination of Caesar salad or Oysters.
