Mix it into your favourite liner shade to make it UV reactive, or layer it on its own for a clear(ish) colour with an extra special glow under ultraviolet light. Perfect for nighttime looks! How to use: Open lid, add a small amount of water to lid, dip brush into water (not too much) and then swirl the brush into the pigment and watch the colour pay off!
