This Scanpan Maitre D' Copper 35cm x 24cm Roasting Pan has a multi-layer construction that provides quick and even heat distribution. The elegant and stylish copper exterior is complemented by an 18/10 stainless steel interior and riveted stainless steel 'stay cool' handles. The straight, high sides help contain food and expose all sides to heat. This copper roasting pan measures 35cm x 24cm has a 5.5L capacity. Oven proof up to 260°C and suitable most hob types except induction. Hand wash only.
