This Global GS-58 11cm Blade Oriental Cook's Knife is part of the GS series of small and medium sized knives that are designed for lighter, more intricate work. This 11cm oriental cook's knife is ideal for cutting vegetables and meat and can double up as a utility knife. As with all Global GS knives, this serrated oriental cook's knife is crafted from high quality Cromova18 stainless steel and ice hardened to Rockwell 56-58. The blade features an acute 15° cutting edge which holds its razor sharp edge for longer. The hollow handle is filled with sand to provide excellent balance whilst the classic Global dotted handle provides a secure grip. Smooth contours and seamless construction eliminate food or dirt traps, offering the ultimate in safety and hygiene. Cleaning Global knives is straightforward and easy - simply wash immediately after use in warm water with a mild detergent. Dry with a soft cloth.
