The Cascabel Chilli is also referred to as the "Rattle Chili" and its name translates to "little bell". These names refer to the sound the seeds inside make when this dried chilli is shaken. The dried Cascabel is round and dark in colour with a woody/nutty flavour. Great to make sauces, pastes and stews.
