This Samuel Groves copper induction 20cm chef's pan features a 4 layer construction with a stainless steel interior for even cooking preventing heat spots and an attractive copper exterior finish. Suitable for cooking on all hob types including induction the chef's pan is also safe for oven cooking when browning and crisping up the contents before serving.
