This Stellar Cast Grill Pan is cast from ‘high flow’ aluminium making it considerably lighter than traditional cast iron whilst allowing heat to transfer up through the base to the ridges which in turn produces the characteristic char-grilled flavours and sear lines. These high ridges also allow fat to drain away from making this style of cooking a healthier option. Suitable for use on all types of hob including induction, this cast grill pan is also oven safe up to 210°C.
