Part of the GreenPan Memphis Collection which is perfect for daily cooking and intensive use, this 2 piece set comprises 24cm and 28cm frying pans and offers even heat distribution thanks to thick forged Magneto bases which are suitable for use on all hob types, including induction. Made from aluminium, each GreenPan Memphis frying pan has a Thermolon ceramic non-stick coating that is enhanced with diamonds and is fully PFAS-free. Finished with an ergonomically designed stay-cool handle, each frying pan from GreenPan is oven safe (to 180°C) and dishwasher safe, although hand washing is recommended.
