Suitable for use on all heat sources (including induction), this HaptIQ saute pan is also oven proof up to 260°C (including the lid). A steel layer provides extra strength whilst the aluminium core offers optimal heat distribution. A commercial grade Stratanium+ non-stick coating provides exceptional searing and food release, making it remarkably easy to clean. It also allows fat-free frying for a healthier lifestyle.
