The typical mid-range Jazzmaster twang and the present highs are realized by two Player Series Alnico 5 Jazzmaster single coils in the neck and bridge position. The Player II Jazzmaster comes with an alder body and a four-piece bolt-on maple neck with a 22-fret rosewood fingerboard. The modern "C" neck profile and the 9.5" fingerboard radius ensure easy handling when it comes to quick finger changes, while the offset design allows for an ergonomically comfortable posture.
