The magnetic knife block features black encasing representing the coke used to heat the Global knife forges. Global knives are crafted from high quality Cromova18 stainless steel and ice hardened to Rockwell 56-58. Each blade features an acute 15° cutting edge which holds its razor sharp edge for longer. The hollow handle is filled with sand to provide excellent balance whilst the handle provides a secure grip.
