This 18" active subwoofer combines state-of-the-art technology with user-friendly features, ideal for medium-sized venues and mobile applications. With an impressive 2200 watts of power and a Class-D amplifier that delivers sound pressure levels of up to 135 dB, the SUB 18-AX guarantees excellent sound quality with exceptional headroom and low heat loss. The RCF SUB 18-AX is the ideal complement to speakers with 10", 12" or 15" woofers; it enables centralized speaker management in the subwoofer and offers two crossovers, 8-band EQs, routing, delays, cardioid configurations and recallable crossover presets. The robust, plywood subwoofer is easy to transport and stack thanks to its low weight. Ergonomic rubber-coated handles make it easy to set up and take down, while the durable enclosure with its heavy polyurea coating and powder-coated metal grille ensures long-term durability and reliability during transportation and use. A particular highlight is the innovative touchscreen control panel on the rear of the SUB 18-AX. A large 2.4" color touchscreen together with a print encoder allows all subwoofer settings to be adjusted quickly and intuitively. A flexible crossover section offers multiple presets for optimal matching with other RCF speakers. In addition, an advanced system section with an 8-band equalizer and a delay function of up to 45 meters allows complete system control, both individually and in combination with another subwoofer. To further simplify operation, the RCF LiveRemote app is available for both Android and iOS devices.
