The even heat distribution of the grill pan means there are no hotspots during cooking ensuring a healthy and even cook. The 27cm grill pan only requires a moderate heat to cook and fry foods as the construction retains heat evenly, saving energy. The grill pan is suitable for use on all hob types including induction and can be used for browning and finishing off cooking in the oven up to 260°C. The handle of the 27cm grill pan is secured in place with a patented locking system - guaranteed not to come loose along with the bases that are guaranteed never to warp.
