The Scanpan Classic Induction 20cm frying pan features a unique Stratanium coating which allows frying without the use of fat. The even heat distribution of the frying pan means there are no hotspots during cooking ensuring a healthy and even cook. The 20cm frying pan only requires a moderate heat to cook and fry foods as the construction retains heat evenly, saving energy. The frying pan is suitable for use on all hob types including induction and can be used for browning and finishing off cooking in the oven up to 260°C. The handle of the 20cm frying pan is secured in place with a patented locking system - guaranteed not to come loose along with the bases that are guaranteed never to warp.
