The junction box with surge protection for PV systems from MSW protects solar modules, inverters, and electrical devices from high voltages -in the event of direct or nearby lightning strikes, for example. Simultaneously optimise your solar power system and ensure efficient energy generation. To achieve this, the solar junction box features 4 separate inputs, letting you effortlessly manage and protect 4 strings. Simply install the plug-and-play junction box between the solar system and inverter. The simple wall mounting and the transparent viewing window make it easier for you to regularly check and maintain the PV junction box. Inside the ABS housing with protection class IP65, you can use two separately accessible areas (PV1 and PV2), which are clearly arranged: 8 fuse boxes suitable for current fuses (15-32A), product equipped with 32A fuses inside,3 surge protectors (DC / 1000 V / 40 kA) and2 disconnectors (1000 V / 63 A), to connect or disconnect and protect the strings of your PV system. Thanks to the clamp connections and the cable channels integrated into the sides, you can quickly and easily activate the overvoltage protection for your PV system.
