Description

This Scanpan CTX 24cm Frying Pan has a 5-ply multi-layer construction of aluminium and stainless steel for optimum heat distribution without hot spots. Suitable for all hob types, including induction, this frying pan is also oven proof up to a temperature of 260°C. The Stratanium non-stick coating is PFOA and PFOS-free, metal utensil safe and offers exceptional performance for perfect cooking results. In fact Scanpan's Stratanium non-stick coating is so good it is designed for fat-free frying so you only ever need add oil or fat for flavouring purposes, making it a healthy choice for the kitchen. The curved sides work well with kitchen utensils and the stylish brushed steel exterior contrasts beautifully with the black interior. A comfortable, riveted handle transfers very little heat. Designed and manufactured in Denmark, this 24cm non-stick frying pan measures approximately 8cm high and has a base diameter of 16.3cm. Hand wash recommended.
