Whether soups, stews, sauces, meat or sides like potatoes and rice - this professional device stands out with its powerful 2,000 W and enables the quick and simultaneous preparation of large amounts of food. This food warming device is perfect for use in self-service establishments such as restaurants, hotels, canteens, buffets, snack bars, cafeterias or at events. In total, the bain-marie can fit six GN 1/3 containers, but you can also use other combinations and configurations (i.e., 2 x 1/1 GN containers, 1 x 1/1 and 2 x ½ GN containers or 12 x 1/6 GN containers). The bain-marie is made of high-quality stainless steel and consists of two containers, one inside of the other. The outer basin holds water which is heated and the inner container holds the food being kept hot. The heat from the heating coil is transferred via the water rather than directly, thereby gently and evenly keeping your food warm over long periods of time. With a performance of 2,000 watts, the hot food warmer is perfect for keeping large quantities of food warm. Thanks to the six included GN 1/3 containers, you can offer your guests a variety of different meals at the same time. A single GN containers can hold 5.7 litres, so the food warmer can hold up to 35.2 litres in total. The temperature range can be continuously adjusted up to 85 °C and can be read on the LCD display. This gives you full control over the temperature of the water bath at all times, ensuring that the flavour, appearance and consistency of your foods remain exactly as desired. The drain tap on the front of the water bath makes it easy to empty the water bath after use.
