Description

This Scanpan Pro IQ 32cm Wok is made from hand-cast 100% recycled aluminium which offers outstanding heat distribution and is guaranteed not to warp or have hot spots. Aluminium is also considerably lighter than other materials making this wok easier to handle. A steel disc is cast into the base making it suitable for all hob types, including induction. Perfect for stir-frying and also steaming and deep-frying. The Stratanium non-stick coating is PFOA and PFOS-free, metal utensil safe and offers exceptional performance for perfect cooking results. In fact Scanpan's Stratanium non-stick coating is so good it is designed for fat-free frying so you only ever need add oil or fat for flavouring purposes, making it a healthy choice for the kitchen. A comfortable, riveted handle transfers very little heat. Designed and manufactured in Denmark, this 32cm non-stick wok measures approximately 12cm high and has a base diameter of 14.5cm. Hand wash recommended. Supplied with a 10 year Scanpan guarantee.
