The Scanpan HaptIQ 28cm Frying Pan is made from a composite five-layer construction for strength and durability. Suitable for use on all heat sources (including induction), this HaptIQ frying pan is also oven proof up to 260°C. A steel layer provides extra strength whilst the aluminium core offers optimal heat distribution. A commercial grade Stratanium+ non-stick coating provides exceptional searing and food release, making it remarkably easy to clean. It also allows fat-free frying for a healthier lifestyle. HaptIQ cookware is made in Denmark and has been created for those who demand the best in terms of performance and style. Curved sides make this frying pan easier to use with kitchen utensils whilst the ergonomic handle transfers very little heat.
