Description

This Scanpan Maitre D' Copper 26cm Saute Pan has a multi-layer construction that provides quick and even heat distribution and an 18/0 steel base, making it suitable for use on all hob types including induction. The elegant and stylish copper exterior is complemented by an 18/10 stainless steel interior and riveted stainless steel 'stay cool' handle. The straight, high sides help contain food and expose all sides to heat. Ideal for sauteing, searing, braising, deglazing, poaching and stir frying. This 26cm saute pan has a base diameter of 22.5cm and is oven proof up to 260°C. Hand wash only.
